How big can the possible gap be between 3 referrals so that I still get the reward?

For every 3 referrals, the gap to count is 1 (one) year from the day that the first referee opens a DNBC account successfully. If the 3rd referee opens a DNBC account after the gap, this case will be treated as the first in the next turn.
