The recipient does not appear in the beneficiary list, how do I transfer money to this account?

If the recipient’s account does not appear in the beneficiary list, you need to add this new one by selecting the “Beneficiary setup” on “My DNBCnet” or “Settings” on the top menu. Once the beneficiary has been added, customers can proceed to send funds.
