Can I obtain a physical statement by post or collecting one in person?

We have been doing paperless payment from the start for an eco-friendly and productive environment. You can always print out our e-statement if you ever need one, however if you are obligated to have a sealed one for legal purposes, you can contact us for a hard copy sent to your home at 10 EUR per one hard copy.
